I. Brand After-Sales Commitment

Mystic jewelry takes full responsibility for the exquisite craftsmanship and superior quality of every jewelry piece. We are dedicated to crafting exquisitely made, long-lasting high-end jewelry with a comprehensive after-sales system to bring you a worry-free and pleasant shopping experience.

II. 30-Day Free Return Policy

2.1 Application Timeframe & Submission Method

Return applications can be submitted within 30 calendar days after parcel receipt. To initiate a return, contact customer service via email or WhatsApp and attach your order receipt or valid proof of purchase.

2.2 Return Address & Receipt Specifications

You must request the official return address from customer service via email. Any parcels sent back without prior official approval will not be processed or accepted.

2.3 Buyer-Borne Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

For returns due to personal preference, all return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer, who shall independently arrange all logistics services. A 30% restocking handling fee calculated based on the original order amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be your final refund.

2.4 Eligibility Standard for Returned Goods

All returned items must remain in brand-new original condition: unworn, unused, free of scratches, alterations or man-made damage. The original packaging, protective films, hang tags and all complete matching accessories must be fully intact and sent back together.

2.5 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Custom personalized jewelry (bespoke pieces, engraved customized accessories), wearable care accessories, clearance discounted goods and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. Returns caused by incorrect size/style selection for personal reasons are also ineligible for refunds.

If you are unsure whether your item meets return criteria, please consult customer service by email in advance.

2.6 Mandatory Supporting Documents for Damaged / Defective Product Returns

If you apply for a return due to manufacturing defects or transit damage, you must submit the following complete supporting materials to our official after-sales email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel:

  • Clear close-up photos or complete real-shot videos covering all damaged areas of the product
  • Full photos of the outer package that clearly display the original shipping label

Return applications without valid supporting documents submitted within the 48-hour window will be treated as voluntary personal returns, subject to a 30% restocking fee deduction, with all return shipping fees borne by the buyer.


III. Exchange Guidelines

To help you receive your preferred new items as soon as possible, Mystic jewelry adopts a "Return First, Repurchase Later" exchange process:

Submit a return application for your current item in accordance with all return rules above. Once your return request is approved, you may directly place a new order for your desired style on our official website.


IV. Refund Process & Payment Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will immediately send an email to inform you of the refund review result.

Once approved, the remaining amount after relevant fee deductions will be refunded to your original payment account within 10 working days.

Please note that banks and credit card institutions require additional processing time for fund transfers.

If you fail to receive your refund 15 working days after approval, you may contact us via email or WhatsApp for follow-up assistance.


V. Compensation Policy for Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

On-Site Inspection Reminder

Please fully inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt. If you receive items with factory defects, transit damage or incorrect styles, contact us promptly within 7 calendar days after signing for the package.

Fast Compensation Process

Send clear close-up photos of defects and complete unboxing videos to customer service email. After we verify that the issue is caused by quality defects or logistics damage, we will send a brand-new replacement free of charge. The outbound shipping fee for re-delivery shall be covered by the buyer, and you do not need to send back the defective goods.


VI. Order Cancellation Rules (Important)

Free Cancellation Within 1 Hour of Payment
You may email customer service to cancel your order and receive a full original refund within 1 hour upon successful payment.

Fee Deduction for Late Cancellation
If you apply for order cancellation more than 1 hour after payment, a 10% payment gateway fee of the total order value will be deducted, and a refund will be processed for the remaining balance.


VII. Handling of Lost or Abnormal Shipments

If the logistics tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, or the goods are confirmed lost during transit:

First submit an official inquiry to your local post office or logistics provider, and notify us by email at the same time. We will provide complete shipping documents to assist you with claims.

Once the local logistics provider issues an official loss confirmation, you may choose either free re-delivery or a full refund.


VIII. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty Service

All jewelry under Mystic jewelry is covered by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

With proper daily maintenance, we offer free repair or replacement services for non-artificial manufacturing defects arising from factory craftsmanship issues, such as loose gemstone settings and cracked metal frames.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear, accidental collision, unauthorized modification or improper wearing.
